Procurement Specialist - EPC/EPCM Project Delivery

About the role
Ramboll is seeking motivated and inquisitive candidates to join our growing Project Delivery Team for a procurement specialist role. As a Procurement Specialist, you will support the full procurement lifecycle for equipment, materials, and subcontracted services on industrial engineering, Engineering, Procurement, & Construction (EPC), and EPCM projects. This position may be considered as a hybrid role with occasional project travel, supporting project managers, engineers, construction managers, and other project team members.

Responsibilities
- Develop and manage Requests for Proposal (RFP), Requests for Bid (RFB), and Requests for Quote (RFQ).
- Participate in supplier and subcontractor market engagement and prequalification activities.
- Coordinate procurement packages and procurement-related project activities.
- Analyze and evaluate bids and proposals.
- Prepare bid tabulations and recommendation-for-award documentation.
- Support commercial negotiations and contract award processes.
- Maintain procurement documentation, logs, and status reporting.
- Support Procurement Execution Strategies (PES) and Procurement Plans.
- Facilitate obligations of contracts with subcontractors and vendors.
- Track material shipments and coordinate with onsite representatives for deliveries.
- Create submittal logs and track receipt and review of submittals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.
- Experience supporting procurement activities on EPC, EPCM, industrial, manufacturing, energy, or infrastructure projects.
- Experience preparing and administering competitive bid packages.
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary project environments.
Skills
- Experience with Scanmarket, Supplhi, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of procurement planning, supplier qualification, bid evaluations, and contract administration.
- Experience supporting large capital projects and construction procurement activities.

Pay
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $82,029 to $102,536 per year. Actual compensation will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and internal equity. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for bonus, overtime, or other forms of compensation.
