Procurement Senior Manager - Data
Responsibilities
- Leading procurement initiatives to drive cost savings and operational efficiency
- Managing supplier relationships to secure quality goods and services at optimal prices
- Implementing procurement strategies and processes to enhance purchasing operations
- Conducting cost analysis and negotiations to achieve favorable contract terms
- Overseeing contract lifecycle management and confirming compliance with contractual agreements
- Utilizing procurement software and systems to streamline purchasing activities
- Analyzing industry trends to inform strategic sourcing decisions
- Cooking and mentoring teams to foster a collaborative and high-performing environment
- Applying systems thinking to identify and address procurement challenges
- Facilitating open communication and feedback to improve procurement processes
Requirements
- At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree
- At least 6 years of experience
Qualifications
- Demonstrating advanced skills in procurement strategy and system implementation
- Excelling in contract negotiation and dispute resolution
- Utilizing analytical thinking for cost management and trend analysis
- Leading strategic sourcing initiatives and supplier relationship management
- Applying systems thinking to identify opportunities and solve complex problems
- Crafting and conveying clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story
- Directing teams through ambiguity, maintaining composure in challenging situations
Benefits
The salary range for this position is: $91,000 - $321,500. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
