Procurement Senior Manager - Data

Responsibilities

• Leading procurement initiatives to drive cost savings and operational efficiency
• Managing supplier relationships to secure quality goods and services at optimal prices
• Implementing procurement strategies and processes to enhance purchasing operations
• Conducting cost analysis and negotiations to achieve favorable contract terms
• Overseeing contract lifecycle management and confirming compliance with contractual agreements
• Utilizing procurement software and systems to streamline purchasing activities
• Analyzing industry trends to inform strategic sourcing decisions
• Cooking and mentoring teams to foster a collaborative and high-performing environment
• Applying systems thinking to identify and address procurement challenges
• Facilitating open communication and feedback to improve procurement processes

Requirements

• At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree
• At least 6 years of experience

Qualifications

• Demonstrating advanced skills in procurement strategy and system implementation
• Excelling in contract negotiation and dispute resolution
• Utilizing analytical thinking for cost management and trend analysis
• Leading strategic sourcing initiatives and supplier relationship management
• Applying systems thinking to identify opportunities and solve complex problems
• Crafting and conveying clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story
• Directing teams through ambiguity, maintaining composure in challenging situations

Benefits

The salary range for this position is: $91,000 - $321,500. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
