Procurement Senior Manager

In 2021, Kareo and PatientPop joined forces to form a new parent company, Tebra. In this role, you’ll be focused on helping to grow our [practice growth solutions from our PatientPop brand / practice operations solutions from our Kareo brand] and will be a valued member of Team Tebra as we work together to integrate our solutions to create better experiences for our customers and their patients, and to shape the future of healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Identify market trends and customer needs to inform product development and marketing efforts.
• Work closely with sales and customer success teams to ensure seamless integration of our solutions and exceptional customer service.
• Contribute to the strategic planning and execution of initiatives aimed at driving business growth and innovation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare technology, preferably in roles related to practice management or patient engagement.
• Strong understanding of healthcare industry trends and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of successful project management and leadership.
• Experience in healthcare IT consulting or implementation is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
