About The Role
The APX Supply Chain Lead Product Owner will support bespoke software development and digital tool delivery for supply chain-focused business applications, with primary responsibility for maintaining continuity and advancing the “WPRO” product roadmap. You will partner with your team, technical teams, and functional leaders to translate supply chain needs into clear product requirements, prioritized backlog items, and applicable delivery plans. This is a hybrid position, with two days in the office per week at our Cranberry facility.
Responsibilities
- Lead Product Owner for WPRO-related software development activities, ensuring continuity of product knowledge, active backlog management, and agreement of development work to APX Supply Chain and our priorities.
- Manage the product backlog in Azure DevOps, ensuring you define work items well, sequence them, groom them, and prepare them for the development team to complete.
- Support Agile delivery ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and daily coordination to help the team deliver predictable value.
- Coordinate with developers, testers, business analysts, SAP resources, and business process owners to resolve questions, validate solution design, support testing, and confirm delivered functionality meets our needs.
- Support user acceptance testing, training preparation, release readiness, and post-release feedback collection to improve adoption and continuous improvement of WPRO and related supply chain tools.
- Leverage working knowledge of SAP-enabled supply chain processes to identify integration considerations, upstream/downstream impacts, and opportunities to improve data quality, process efficiency, and reporting effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related technical or business discipline.
- 5 years relevant experience as a product owner, product manager, business analyst, software manager, or project manager.
- Agile, Scrum, Product Owner, Product Manager, Software Development, SAP, or Azure DevOps certifications are beneficial but not required.
Pay
The base salary range for this position, dependent upon experience, qualifications, and skills, is estimated to be $90,000 to $112,500 per year.
