Procurement Operations Senior Associate
Responsibilities
- Managing procurement processes to drive cost savings and operational efficiency
- Building and maintaining supplier relationships to secure quality goods and services at competitive prices
- Implementing procurement strategies and optimizing purchase processes for improved outcomes
- Conducting cost analysis and managing commercial transactions to support financial objectives
- Utilizing procurement software and systems to streamline operations and enhance data accuracy
- Leading contract negotiations and managing contract lifecycle to mitigate risks and validate compliance
- Analyzing industry trends and supplier performance to inform strategic sourcing decisions
- Collaborating with internal teams to align procurement activities with organizational goals
- Developing and executing supplier relationship management strategies to foster long-term partnerships
- Preparing reports and providing insights to support decision-making and procurement planning
Requirements
- At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree
- At least 2 years of experience
Qualifications
- Excelling in contract negotiation and dispute resolution
- Demonstrating proficiency in procurement software and system implementation
- Utilizing strategic sourcing and supplier relationship management skills
- Analyzing industry trends and procurement strategies effectively
- Managing complex contractual agreements and compliance monitoring

Pay
The salary range for this position is: $55,000 - $151,470. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $55,000 - $187,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
