Job Summary

Veta Virtual is hiring a Procurement Manager for a high-growth fintech and cryptocurrency client. The role involves developing procurement strategies, managing vendor relationships, controlling budgets, and ensuring smooth supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing inventive, cost-effective procurement strategies
• Sourcing and engaging reliable suppliers and vendors
• Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to secure advantageous terms
• Reviewing existing contracts and managing risks
• Approving purchase orders and organizing deliveries
• Performing risk assessments on potential contracts
• Controlling the procurement budget and promoting long-term savings
• Managing IT systems for shipment tracking and inventory control
• Preparing procurement reports for management review

Requirements

• Proven experience managing supply chain operations
• In-depth knowledge of contract preparation and review
• Experience with supply chain management software
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Strong management and leadership skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Bonus Qualities

• Basic knowledge of cryptocurrency, blockchain, or crypto kiosk supply chains
