About the role
The Procurement Manager is responsible for overseeing all procurement activities within the organization, ensuring cost-effectiveness, quality, and timely delivery of goods and services.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with suppliers
- Manage supplier performance evaluations
- Plan and execute procurement processes
- Monitor and analyze procurement data to identify trends and opportunities
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement management
- Proven track record in managing supplier relationships
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Qualifications
- Knowledge of procurement methodologies and best practices
- Experience with procurement software and systems
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
