- Bachelor’s degree required; a master of business administration or advanced degree is desirable.
- Five or more years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, purchasing, supply chain, commodity management, or finance.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills with experience influencing stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strategic mindset with strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Working knowledge of market economics, cost structures, and value analysis to support fact-based sourcing decisions.
- Experience negotiating commercial terms and supporting contract development and execution.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience with enterprise resource planning systems preferred.
- Experience with data visualization and analytics tools preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop category strategies and negotiate complex sourcing initiatives using an understanding of market dynamics, cost drivers, risk mitigation, and logistics considerations.
- Prepare, review, and support contracts, bids, proposals, and vendor agreements to ensure legal correctness, pricing alignment, and adherence to specifications.
- Build strong partnerships and lead sourcing projects with cross-functional teams and external suppliers.
- Develop an understanding of company requirements, capabilities, processes, and constraints to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Guide business process improvements and digital technology strategy and adoption across procurement.
- Ensure service, quality, innovation, and product improvement requirements are met through effective supplier management.
- Manage supplier relationships and track key performance indicators to evaluate and improve supply chain performance.
- Apply advanced sourcing practices to deliver value, manage risk, and support business objectives.
- Resolve supply, pricing, contract, and supplier performance issues with sound judgment and timely decision making.
- Lead, coach, and develop procurement talent to strengthen organizational capability.
- Communicate effectively and collaborate across the organization to drive change in a dynamic market environment.

Pay
The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
