About the Opportunity:The PROCUREMENT LEAD role involves leading the strategy, design, and implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement solutions within complex federal and enterprise programs. This position serves as the primary functional leader for procurement processes, collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable Procure-to-Pay solutions aligned with organizational goals. The role is critical to ensuring effective procurement system deployment and integration, directly impacting operational efficiency and mission success. Responsibilities:Lead functional design and delivery of Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement across multiple workstreamsFacilitate requirements workshops and translate business needs into procurement processes and system solutionsConfigure and implement Oracle Procurement modules including Purchasing, Self-Service Procurement, Supplier Portal, Sourcing, and Procurement ContractsCollaborate with Supply Chain, Projects, Analytics, and other teamsPartner with technical staff to support integrations, security, reporting, and system extensionsManage testing activities such as System Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing, regression testing, and go-live supportOversee stakeholder relationships, offer strategic recommendations, and resolve issuesIdentify project risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies Requirements:Extensive experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement implementation and supportStrong knowledge of procurement business processes including Procure-to-Pay, Supplier Management, Sourcing, Purchasing, and Procurement ContractsHands-on experience configuring Oracle Fusion Procurement modulesProven expertise across the Oracle Cloud implementation lifecycle including requirements gathering, testing, and go-live supportAbility to develop functional designs, process flows, test plans, and project documentationExcellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skillsU.S. citizenship Pay Range and Compensation Package:The pay range for certain US states is $106,300 to $206,200 USD Equal Opportunity Statement: Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
