Procurement Lead

About the Role

We are seeking a Procurement Lead to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will manage sourcing and supplier priorities to improve value, reliability, and operational performance. You will partner with finance, operations, legal, and business stakeholders to negotiate effectively, manage vendors, and support better purchasing decisions. The position offers the opportunity to enhance cost discipline, supplier performance, and scalable execution processes within a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Generate and implement sourcing and category management strategies
• Manage spend transparency across the supply portfolio
• Monitor sales and negotiate with vendors for cost-effective solutions
• Advise executives on functional strategies relevant to procurement
• Analyze supplier characteristics to inform sourcing decisions
• Implement supplier segmentation to enhance supply chain management
• Collaborate with teams on continuous improvement projects

Qualifications

• 4+ years of procurement sourcing and contracting experience
• Skilled in developing and implementing category strategies
• Proficient in RFI/RFQ/RFP processes
• Experienced negotiator with third parties
• Strong financial analysis capabilities
• Ability to present and partner with leadership effectively
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills

Pay

$104,000 – $143,000 annually
