Purchase Order / Production Management
- Create and manage SAP purchase requisitions and purchase orders
- Monitor open purchase orders and track production against delivery commitments
- Ensure timely product receipt and accurate invoice processing; resolve discrepancies with Accounts Payable
Inventory Management
- Maintain accurate inventory records across CMOs, CPOs, and 3PL partners within SAP (end of batch reconciliation)
- Cook up and coordinate with logistics teams to track global material and product movements
- Perform and reconcile monthly cycle counts to ensure ERP system accuracy
- Perform end of year cycle count (onsite at select CMO locations)
Where You'll Work
This is a U.S.-based remote role that will require quarterly, or as needed visits to our San Francisco Office. With onsite visits to CMO locations to conduct inventory counts.
Who You Are
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Administration
- Core Competencies: Strong understanding of supply chain operations, inventory management, and supply planning (pharmaceutical/biotech preferred); Experience managing purchase orders and supplier relationships; Ability to track production, inventory, and logistics across global networks
- Technical Skills: ERP systems experience (SAP strongly preferred)
Qualifications
- 5+ years of supply chain experience
- Experience in life sciences, pharmaceuticals, or regulated industries preferred
Pay
- $101,000 - $135,000 USD
