Procurement Intern - Summer 2027

Focus

The Procurement Intern supports strategic sourcing and procurement operations through supplier engagement, data analysis, and system utilization.

What You'll Do

• Lead a minimum of three hands-on projects throughout the term, to be defined at the beginning of the rotation based on department and business need
• Assist with competitive bid events, supplier qualification, and issuing RFPs to support sourcing initiatives
• Track supplier performance, prepare reports and presentations, and contribute to cost-reduction efforts
• Learn and apply SAP tools to support procurement activities across categories and aid in project execution

What You'll Bring

• Enrolled at an accredited college or university majoring in an undergraduate or graduate Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or business-related degree program (or pending enrollment in a Master's program in one of these disciplines)
• Must have an overall grade point average of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale at all times throughout your time at Olin. An official transcript will be required each term. Cumulative GPA on current institution transcript will be used in transfer college situations.
• Must have completed sophomore year (or 60 completed credit hours) prior to first rotation with Olin
• Ability to work full-time (40 hours a week during normal business hours) May-August 2027. Not eligible for virtual work.
• A valid US Driver's license is required
• Olin does not provide any form of sponsorship. We will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States. Individuals with temporary visas such as E, F-1, H-1, H-2, L, B, J or TN or who need sponsorship now or in the future, are not eligible for hire.

Compensation

$25.00 / hour for undergraduate students; $33.00 / hour for graduate students. Housing stipend available.
