Procurement Enablement Lead

Location: Remote – US-based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually

This role will support revenue growth through customer focus, relationship development, and disciplined commercial execution. You will collaborate with sales, customer, product, and operational partners to identify opportunities, solve problems, and improve outcomes. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen market execution, customer relationships, and measurable business results within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage a small procurement team, focusing on skill development and performance
• Drive complex cross-functional procurement projects with a proactive approach
• Collaborate with internal teams on purchasing enhancements and alignment
• Build strategic vendor relationships for cost efficiency
• Champion innovation by identifying process improvements through technology
• Educate the company staff on procurement processes and best practices
• Articulate a clear vision for the procurement function aligned with operational goals

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Procurement roles with leadership experience
• Familiarity with SaaS industry vendor dynamics
• Proven success in procurement improvement initiatives
• Strong data management and analytics capabilities
• Ability to negotiate and forge internal and external partnerships
• Experience managing risk effectively
• Effective communicator with stakeholder engagement skills
