Procurement Contracts Manager

Location: Broward County, FL. Salary Range: $80,000-$100,000 (depending on experience).

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and evaluate procurement staff and daily operations, ensuring compliance with deadlines and best practices.
• Oversee procurement activities including bids (RFPs, ITBs), contracts, and vendor management, ensuring legal and ethical compliance.
• Manage construction, services, and franchise contracts; conduct cost analysis and recommend improvements.
• Develop and implement procurement policies and procedures; ensure adherence to laws and regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, public administration, or related field preferred.
• Industry experience in government, construction, or professional services procurement is highly desired.
• Certified Public Procurement Officer (CPPO) preferred.
• 3+ years supervisory experience, Florida government purchasing background, CPPB designation (preferred).
