About the role

At Jack Henry, we're more than a technology company — we're a force for good in financial services, redefining how community banks and credit unions connect with the people they serve. Our mission is rooted in people-inspired innovation, empowering financial institutions to deliver seamless, secure, and human-centered experiences. We deliver cutting-edge solutions paving the way for the next generation of digital banking and payments, but our true impact begins with our associates.

We are seeking a reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented Procurement Contract Administrator II to support the review, organization, and ongoing maintenance of vendor, customer, and partner contracts. We care far more about your work ethic, problem-solving attitude, and willingness to learn than a specific technical background. If you are organized, thorough, enjoy keeping things running smoothly, and take pride in delivering quality work, we are fully prepared to train you on our systems and internal processes.

While not required, candidates who have previously served as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) or key contributor during an ERP implementation or major system upgrade — such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Dynamics 365, or Coupa — will find that experience beneficial in supporting future process improvements and system-related initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Administer contracts that establish business relationships with vendors, customers, and/or partners
  • Ensure required documentation is received and maintained
  • Review contracts for completeness, accuracy, and conformity to requirements and guidelines
  • Answer contract-related questions from internal stakeholders and vendors
  • Make revisions to comply with requirements and guidelines
  • Collect and track data via spreadsheet
  • Prepare reports for management and other organizations
  • Complete additional functions such as accurate and timely billing and other administrative support; research issues
  • Handle confidential material relevant to company operations
  • Review and answer correspondence
  • Collaborate with other departments (Finance, Legal, Operations) to complete special projects
  • Monitor contract expiration dates and renewal deadlines
  • Prepare routine contract summaries and status reports for management
  • Assist with billing reviews, verify invoices against contract terms, and research payment or vendor discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate contract records, key dates, and status updates within internal systems
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in one or more of the following areas: contract review and analysis, requisition creation within an ERP system, procurement operations, or accounts payable functions
  • Excellent attention to detail — ability to identify missing signatures, incorrect dates, or incomplete documentation
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, organization, and follow-through
  • Clear communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across the organization
  • Motivated self-starter with willingness to learn
  • Professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to ask questions

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred)
  • Key role in an ERP implementation (preferred)

Schedule

This is a hybrid role requiring at least 1 day per week in any of the following office locations: Allen, TX / Overland Park, KS / Monett, MO / Springfield, MO.
