About the role

Assist Procurement Managers with daily operational activities, stakeholder communication, and supplier follow-up.
Support procurement process improvements and digitalization initiatives using tools such as Power BI and Power Automate.
Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for workflow optimization and operational efficiency.
Prepare, maintain, and organize procurement records, documentation, and reporting materials.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support procurement strategies, projects, and overall team operations.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI or Power Automate is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced procurement and supply chain environment.

Qualifications

Currently a candidate for a master's degree in engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field at an accredited school in the US.

Skills
