About the role
Responsible for managing procurement processes, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, and maintaining accurate records.
Responsibilities
- Manage supplier relationships and conduct regular evaluations.
- Research and evaluate potential vendors and suppliers.
- Prepare and maintain purchase orders and invoices.
- Ensure compliance with all procurement policies and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock requisitions.
- Handle incoming and outgoing shipments, including documentation and tracking.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Access.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of procurement procedures and best practices.
- Experience with ERP systems and procurement software.
- Understanding of legal and regulatory requirements relevant to procurement.
