The Category Manager - HR Services oversees a global HR procurement category, leading initiatives, managing risks, and driving significant business impact.
Responsibilities
- Own, evolve, and execute global HR category or HR project strategies
- Lead high-value, high-risk, or complex sourcing and contracting initiatives
- Serve as the global SME and escalation point for critical issues
- Drive significant innovation and performance improvement
- Lead cross-functional workstreams and enterprise initiatives
- Provide backup support for Team Leader responsibilities when required
- Influence senior stakeholders through insight, expertise, and results
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 10–12+ years of progressive procurement experience with significant experience supporting HR/Professional Services Procurement
- Demonstrated success managing global or complex categories
- Strong commercial judgment and risk management capability
- Ability to lead without authority in matrixed organizations

Pay
The estimated base salary for this position is $108,000 to $130,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors.
Schedule
This role may require occasional domestic or international travel. Vantive is committed to supporting the need for flexibility in the workplace through its flexible workplace policy, which includes a minimum of 3 days a week onsite.
