Procurement Associate

About the Opportunity:The PROCUREMENT ASSOCIATE role supports procurement operations for both corporate and care center activities. This position ensures that goods and services are procured with best value, contributing to cost savings and operational efficiency. The associate collaborates across teams and vendors to manage contracts and support care center growth in discounted purchasing. Responsibilities:Enter new vendor contracts into the contract management system and ensure proper documentation and approval processes.Draft and facilitate execution of Business Associate Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements, and Third Party Access Agreements as requested.Prepare simple contract amendments such as term extensions and facilitate their execution.Collaborate with operations teams, care centers, and vendors to support cost-saving initiatives related to medical supplies, equipment, pharmaceuticals, and other goods.Manage participation reports and conduct calls to discuss savings opportunities and contract statuses. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, or business administration preferred.Minimum of 1 year experience in procurement.Familiarity with sourcing, contracting, and vendor management.Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and effective communication abilities.Compliance with HIPAA rules and regulations. Pay Range and Compensation Package:The salary range for this role is $60,000.00 to $70,000.00 in base pay, excluding bonuses or benefits.Eligibility for an annual bonus targeted at 10%.Additional benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, and pet insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and wellness programs.Base pay will be determined based on experience, education, and geographic location.
