Procurement Associate

About the role

The Procurement Associate will support sourcing strategy, supplier engagement, and contract execution for critical equipment and EPC services across IPX Power's renewable energy projects. This role works closely with development, engineering, construction, finance, and legal teams to structure and manage procurement transactions for solar PV and battery storage projects.

Responsibilities

• Support sourcing strategy for renewable energy equipment and EPC contracts.
• Engage with suppliers and manage contract execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or related field.
• 3-5+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, project controls, or project development supporting infrastructure or renewable energy projects.
• Exposure to EPC contracts and equipment supply agreements.
• Experience with RFPs, RFQs, vendor evaluations, and contract management.
• Proficiency with Excel, G-Suite, and procurement tools.

Pay

$125,000 - $140,000
