Procurement Assistant, Supply Chain

About the role

Join our Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) team as our Procurement Assistant (Supply Chain) and play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Cook up and monitor purchase orders from entry through delivery, ensuring our products and materials flow seamlessly across the business.
• Review and process vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payment.
• Track orders, resolve discrepancies, and maintain clear, organized purchasing records.
• Support demand planning and warehouse operations with data entry, receipt tracking, and documentation.
• Cook up purchasing requests across teams, including manufacturing, merchandising, and project support.
• Aid in supply ordering for production needs and product launches.
• Flag discrepancies and partner with Planning and Finance to resolve issues.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in purchasing, operations, logistics, accounting, customer service, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records and data.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP a plus).
• Familiarity with CRM or order management systems.
• Exposure to supply chain, purchasing, or inventory processes.
