Procurement and Insurance Associate
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and
for prose. Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading. Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones.
We have content: location, hours, salary range, closing date, about CAA, summary, essential duties and responsibilities (procurement, insurance, DBE), supervisory responsibilities, qualifications (knowledge, skills, abilities), education/experience, physical demands, work environment. Also mention background check, security clearance.
We need to decide sections: maybe "About the role" (summary), "Responsibilities" (essential duties), "Qualifications" (knowledge/skills/abilities + education/experience), "Benefits"? Not present. "Pay" we have salary range, so we can include Pay section. "Schedule" we have hours: Full time, Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week. So we can include Schedule section. "Benefits" not mentioned. "Skills" maybe part of qualifications. But we can combine.
We must not create sections with filler. So we will include sections: About the role (maybe using summary), Responsibilities, Qualifications, Pay, Schedule. Possibly also "Working Conditions" but not required.
We need to use
for each section heading. Use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use
for prose.
We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include details about CAA, location, etc. Possibly include in About the role or a separate "About the organization". But instructions only list example headings; we can use other headings if they make sense? It says use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but suggests those as examples. Safer to stick to those. We can put location/hours etc in About the role or maybe in a short paragraph before sections? The instructions: do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

for location, hours, salary range, closing date maybe before sections? But they said include a section ONLY when posting has real specific content for it. So we could have a short
for metadata like location, hours, etc. Then sections for role summary, responsibilities, qualifications, pay, schedule.
But pay and schedule are also metadata; we could include them in that short
as well. However they said never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. It does state them, so we could create sections. But we could also include them in the metadata paragraph. Which is better? They said prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe combine pay and schedule into a "Details" section? But they gave examples of Pay and Schedule as separate headings. I'd lean to include them as separate sections because they are substantive.
Thus sections: About the role (summary), Responsibilities, Qualifications, Pay, Schedule.
We need to include all substantive info: summary, duties, qualifications (knowledge/skills/abilities, education/experience, physical demands, work environment, background check). Also supervisory responsibilities maybe under Responsibilities or Qualifications.
We need to use
- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So for Responsibilities we can list bullet points for each duty category (Procurement, Insurance Programs, DBE). Also supervisory responsibilities maybe separate bullet.
For Qualifications we can list bullet points for knowledge/skills/abilities, education/experience, physical demands, work environment, background check.
We need to preserve all info, not invent.
