Procurement Agent - Software
Position Specifics
The Penn State Office of Central Procurement team is searching for a Procurement Agent - Software. This position will procure resources in accordance with established policies, procedures, and regulations while negotiating with suppliers as it relates to price, delivery, payments, specifications, and terms. The Procurement Agent manages a high volume of orders, ensuring compliance with University policies and procedures and all State and Federal requirements and regulations, when applicable. The Agent may prepare and coordinate the RFQ/RFP process, assess supplier qualifications, and evaluate terms and conditions. The Agent collaborates with customers and other internal offices to ensure compliance, and continuously looks for process improvements and strategic opportunities.

Salary & Benefits
The salary range for this position, including all possible grades, is $49,188.00 - $71,340.00. Salary Structure - Information on Penn State's salary structure

Pursuant to the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act and the Pennsylvania Act of 1988, Penn State publishes a combined Annual Security and Annual Fire Safety Report (ASR).
