Responsibilities
- Entry Level 1: Assists with continuous review and analysis of demand and supply; supports sourcing strategies, negotiations, and documenting of contracts and agreements; gathers data for supplier performance evaluation and improvement opportunities.
- Associate Level 2: Performs continuous review and analysis of demand and supply; prepares and executes proprietary information agreements; supports sourcing strategies, negotiations, and documenting of contracts and agreements; communicates performance expectations and metrics to evaluate and monitor supplier performance.
- Key Responsibilities (both levels):
- Integrates program, customer, product, and program strategies into source selection, negotiation, and contracting strategies
- Negotiates pricing and contract terms and conditions
- Prepares and executes negotiated contractual documents and binding agreements
- Conducts risk, issues, and opportunities management
- Manages supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery, and financial performance
- Initiates and executes supplier improvement activities and integrates results into contracting strategies
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications (Required)
- More than 1 year of experience in Supply Chain and/or Supply Chain Management
- More than 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office
- Experience in Customer Service
Preferred Qualifications (Desired)
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher
- Experience in contracts and proposals
- Experience leading supplier terms & conditions and price negotiations
- Experience negotiating price and schedule with suppliers and customers
- Experience using SAP software
Typical Education/Experience
- Entry Level 1: Typically related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g., Bachelor, Master) preferred but not required.
- Associate Level 2: Typically 3 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g., Bachelor, Master) preferred but not required.
Pay
- Entry Level 1: $58,650 – $72,450
- Associate Level 2: $69,700 – $86,100
Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

- Travel up to 10% of the time
