Procurement Agent

About the role

Killdeer Mountain Manufacturing (KMM) is looking for a Procurement Agent to play a critical role in ensuring our production teams have the materials they need, exactly when they need them. In this position, you'll work directly with suppliers, purchasing systems, and internal stakeholders to drive on-time material delivery, reduce inventory costs, and support production success. Responsibilities

• Manage purchase orders and monitor supplier performance.
• Track material shortages and support key production schedules using KMM's MRP system.
• Act as a vital link between suppliers, customers, and manufacturing teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen efficiency and profitability.

Requirements

• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
• Passion for accuracy.
• Either an Associate Degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field, or at least two years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related industry.
