Procure to Pay Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Subject Matter Expert (SME) for a contract role supporting a hospital system's Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Rapid Improvement Effort. This is a hybrid onsite, contract role with a duration of 2-3 months.

Responsibilities

• Assess current Procure-to-Pay processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead Lean Six Sigma workshops and process improvement activities.
• Analyze operational data to identify root causes and inefficiencies.
• Develop and implement process improvement recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, finance, or other related fields.
• Leverage Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification with experience leading Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process improvement initiatives, preferably within a healthcare or hospital environment.
• Qualified applicants must reside in the continental U.S.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States now and in the future.
