About the role
The opening is for a Processor III, salary grade H4, within the Chemicals area. The role requires working 12-hour rotating shifts and overtime as needed.
Responsibilities
- Execute job safely and adhere to site and area procedures.
- Champion for safety within the unit and drive unit performance towards operational entitlement.
- Address issues impacting shift activities to meet ESSH, production, and quality commitments.
- Participate in Housekeeping, 5S, and A2E efforts to improve the area.
- Troubleshoot chemical processing equipment and work with maintenance and construction resources to restore proper operations.
- Interface with Production Manager, Production Supervisors, Shift Supervisors, Maintenance, Area Support Engineers, and plant supervision.
- Utilize EXCEL, SAP, IP 21, Provox, and Delta V systems as needed to meet the area's needs.
- Demonstrate thorough knowledge of ESSH compliance requirements and commitment to A2E, safety, and RCA.
Requirements
- Highschool Diploma/GED
- Silver Rating or Higher on Florida Ready to Work Test
- COBRA Test Completed
- Operator BOOT Camp Completed
- Current residency requirements for the position met
- Demonstrated knowledge of ESSH compliance requirements
- Prior knowledge of 508 and Casting Floor operations preferred
- Mechanical inclination and capability to trace process flows and understand chemical, electrical, and mechanical processes
