About the Role
The Processing Technician helps keep operations running smoothly by blending, batching, filtering, and preparing products for bottling. This role offers hands-on involvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with opportunities to build technical skills and contribute to continuous improvement efforts. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure products meet safety, quality, and production standards while supporting efficient daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Operate blending, batching, filtering, and transfer processes according to approved formulas, SOPs, and production schedules.
- Monitor inventory, tank readings, bulk receiving, and documentation to support accurate production and lab approvals.
- Maintain compliance with safety, food safety, quality, GMP, and environmental standards while keeping work areas clean and organized.
- Support operational goals by helping improve efficiency, reduce waste, and collaborate across departments to meet production targets.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing, processing, or batching environment.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with processing, batching, or blending operations.
- Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, or food/beverage manufacturing standards.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds without assistance.
Schedule
2-2-3 Work Schedule Night Shift: 5:45 PM – 6:00 AM.
Pay
The hourly rate for this role is $25.27, with a $2 shift differential for night shift.
