Processing Operator (HTST) 2nd Shift

Responsibilities

• Operate HTST machines and make necessary adjustments to ensure production safety, efficiency, and quality.
• Maintain communication with other departments, management, and employees to address production issues and concerns.
• Ensure all paperwork is filled out accurately and in accordance with SOPs.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and communicate effectively with all departments.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 6 months related experience required.
• Ability to perform tasks such as adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing in various units of measure.
• Standing, walking, pushing/pulling for a majority of the day.
• Lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Working in a wet environment with some exposure to dust, gas, or fumes.
• Flexible work schedule including overtime, weekends, and holidays.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
