Processing Floor Lead - 1st shift

About the role

We are seeking a 1st shift Processing Floor Lead to join our Spring Meadow Farms team in Rossburg. This role involves leading the egg processing operation to meet company objectives and achieve a high level of customer satisfaction, establishing production schedules for efficient production while meeting quality standards and delivery requirements, and ensuring operation goals comply with internal and external safety and environmental requirements.

Schedule

• Sunday through Wednesday, 5:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Optional overtime on Thursdays from 5:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Pay

• Starting hourly rate: $19.90–$23.45, with potential increase after 90 days
• Monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses (dependent upon company performance)

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age
• An associate degree in food science or related field is preferred
• At least 2 years of experience with Cooper Farms or a similar operation is preferred
• Organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office
