Process Transformation Leader - nVent Engineered Building Solutions

Join an organization that ensures a more secure world through connecting and protecting our customers with inventive electrical solutions. As a Process Transformation Leader for Engineered Building Solutions (EBS), you will be at the heart of our ambitious journey to redefine business processes.
Responsibilities
- Improving and analyzing end-to-end value streams to eliminate friction points, reduce cycle times, and increase operational efficiency.
- Establishing standardized, repeatable, and scalable business processes across core functions of EBS.
- Applying Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies to ensure processes are built with high-quality, measurable controls.
- Partnering with IT and systems architects to align technology directly with business processes and data flows.
- Acting as the strategic liaison between leadership and functions to ensure operational readiness.
- Assessing the operational and organizational impact of business strategy shifts and providing data-driven recommendations on structure and prioritization.
Requirements
- Academic background in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
- Ideal 8+ years of previous experience in strategic operations, management consulting, or corporate transformation initiatives.
- Proven experience building or transforming operational structures, preferably within a startup, new venture, or rapidly growing business unit.
- Outstanding communication skills with a proven track record of influencing senior collaborators and guiding cross-functional teams.
- Strong data literacy; able to bring to bear operational metrics and financial parameters to justify architectural decisions.
- Ability to work from our Houston, TX or Madison, WI locations and travel on average 10% of the time.

Pay
Pay Transparency: nVent’s pay scale is based on the expected range of base pay for this job and the employee’s work location. Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance. Where federal, state, or local minimum wage requirements exist, employee pay will comply. Compensation Range $123,500.00 - $229,500.00 Depending on the position offered, employee may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as annual incentives.
