Process Technician - Photolithography Back End Nights
About the role
A photolithography process technician (PT) performs technical tests, experiments, tool qualifications and recoveries for the photolithography process engineering group. PTs monitor, audit and provide guidance to line operators. PTs process test runs and prepare records, charts, and graphs of results for presentation to engineering to identify yield problems or test new products.
Responsibilities
- Closely work with Engineering team to develop and qualify new processes and new tool sets.
- This will include characterizing, documenting and possibly presenting data based around design of experiments (DOE).
- Report and document process issues and equipment malfunctions.
- Take corrective action and interact with Process Engineers & Equipment Maintenance to identify and resolve non-conforming process and equipment operations.
- Handle material dispositions and work to resolve any lot issues that may arise.
- Assist in creating new procedures and refining existing ones.
- Work collaboratively to achieve quarterly set yield and cycle time goals.
Requirements
- Associates degree OR at least 1 year of experience in a technical role.
- Ability to work in ISO 5 (class 100) clean room for extended periods of time, lift up to 25 lbs frequently, and stand or walk most of a shift.

Schedule
This position will work a 12-hour nights shift with a "3on-4off-4on-3off" alternating schedule.
