- Basic molding and processing knowledge
- Leadership and training abilities, including experience with injection molding techniques
- Proficiency in Windows, Excel, Word, and safety procedures
- Physical ability to stand, lift up to 50lbs, and perform manual tasks
- High School Diploma or GED preferred; 1-2 years injection molding experience required
