Process Technician -Integration Build

Process Technician Responsibilities Maintain continuous safety awareness for personal and team protection.Attend design reviews, both mechanical/electrical and provide inputGive input for build improvement ideasRead electrical schematics and wire panels to printAssemble automated cells and fixtures using NX drawing softwareOperate a forklift for building and installing equipmentWire equipment based off electrical schematicsAdapt to varied physical orientations throughout an automation build/installWork closely with team membersDevelop safe plan of actions for build/teardown/installMaintain good communication with team membersGive updates during builds/installs to SupervisorWillingness to take PLC & Hydraulic/Pneumatic coursesSupport plants during machine downtime situationsMentor co-ops and other team members Qualifications High school diploma or equivalentMust have valid driving privilegesMust be willing and able to travel, including overnight (5-20%) Preferred Qualifications Previous experience with machine building or equipment service activitiesKnowledge of wide range of concepts, practices, and procedures for integrationDemonstrate sound analytical and decision-making process.Outstanding communication skills to facilitate discussions within cross-functional teams.Adaptability and ability to prioritize and support multiple projects at once.Willingness to learn new technologies and take on tough challenges with energy and positivity.Consistency and dedication in achieving quality results, even under variety of circumstances.
