Responsibilities

• Safely and effectively operate Injection Molding equipment to produce quality product.
• Provide troubleshooting support and guidance through level 2 line technicians – each running multiple processing and packaging equipment on a single line.
• Assist in production start‑ups.
• Train lesser skilled technicians in both technical duties and good working practices.
• Communicate daily with shift management to target problem areas and devise action plans.
• Follow all company established rules and policies and adhere to all safety rules and regulations.
• Perform general set‑up, changeover, and shut‑down tasks.

Requirements

• 5 years of manufacturing experience as a high‑level operator/tech.
• 5 years of experience in injection molding.
• Experience or technical knowledge demonstrating high‑level mechanics.
• Aptitude and demonstrated problem‑solving skills.
• Effective communication with maintenance, process engineering, and management.
• Ability to train and develop lesser skilled technicians.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing facility.
• Knowledge of manufacturing equipment and machine operations.
