Process Technician - 2nd Shift

About the role

Operate manufacturing equipment efficiently and safely in a fast-paced environment. This position involves producing products, maintaining quality and safety standards, and supporting team operations.

Responsibilities

• Operate all manufacturing equipment efficiently and safely.
• Produce product according to procedures and package for external customers.
• Remove or shift materials and finished products to facilitate proper workflow.
• Meet production standards within required timeframes.
• Maintain good housekeeping and clean work areas.
• Ensure safety and quality throughout production.
• Clean equipment and work area before, during, and after shifts.
• Follow sorting and restacking instructions from the quality department.
• Assist in changeovers as directed by supervisors or front-end operators.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or managers.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for 8-12 hours per shift.
• Use of hands and fingers to perform job functions.
• Ability to stoop, kneel, bend, and climb.
• Ability to work in confined spaces.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.

Pay

$25.00 per hour.
