Process Tech-Molding-1st Shift

About the role

Provide advanced technical support to the Molding Engineering and Operations team, complete strategic projects/implement new processes using root cause analysis and corrective action tools, launch new/modified processes including validation, work instruction development, training, operation data collection, lead efforts on top issues in molding operations, participate/lead cross-functional team-based improvement projects, support plant-wide Tru-Improvement and Safety Improvement initiatives, and perform other duties as assigned, including supporting off shifts as needed.
