Looking for independent process servers to complete legal document deliveries throughout Oneida County, New York. This opportunity is ideal for reliable, self-motivated professionals who enjoy working independently and managing their own schedules. As an independent contractor, you will be responsible for serving legal documents to individuals and businesses while maintaining accurate records and timely communication throughout the service process.

Responsibilities

• Serve legal documents to individuals and businesses
• Maintain accurate records of service attempts and completions
• Communicate timely updates throughout the service process

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to make 3-4 service attempts on varying days and times, including evenings and weekends when necessary
• Smartphone with the ability to use mobile apps for receiving assignments and submitting updates
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Professional, dependable, and punctual
• Prior process serving experience is preferred but not required
