Process Server - McLeod County

Requirements

• Minnesota residency (near McLeod county preferred)
• Complete 3 to 5 service attempts per assignment, depending on client requirements, including attempts before 9:00 AM, after 6:00 PM, and on weekends
• All attempts must be completed on different days and properly documented through the ProVest mobile app with GPS‑enabled photographs
• Willingness and ability to visit local courthouses to pick up filed documents and email them back to ProVest when requested
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
• Access to a computer, printer, scanner, and email
• Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
• Comfortable using mobile apps for documentation and reporting

Responsibilities

• Serve legal documents within assigned areas
• Manage assignments using ProVest's mobile apps (PVLS & PSO Mobile)
• Document all service attempts using the mobile app, including GPS‑stamped photographs
• Complete required service attempts in accordance with client guidelines
• Return completed documents and reports accurately and on time
• Plan routes and manage your own schedule
• Maintain a professional and courteous approach at all times

Qualifications

• Reliable, self‑motivated individual with strong time management and organizational skills
• Comfortable working independently
• Communicate clearly and professionally
• Comfortable using mobile technology
• Value accuracy, honesty, and professionalism
• Preferred experience: private investigators, experienced process servers, law enforcement or security background
