About the role

Private Process Server (1099 Independent Contractor) ProVest, one of the nation's largest legal support services firms, is seeking independent contractors to serve legal documents in Minnesota (MN). Applicants must reside in Minnesota, preferably near Fillmore County.

Requirements

• Minnesota residency (near listed county preferred)
• Complete 3 to 5 service attempts per assignment, depending on client requirements
• Willingness and ability to visit local courthouses to pick up filed documents and email them back to ProVest when requested
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance
• Access to a computer, printer, scanner, and email
• Comfortable using mobile apps for documentation and reporting

Responsibilities

• Serve legal documents within assigned areas
• Manage assignments using ProVest's mobile apps (PVLS & PSO Mobile)
• Document all service attempts using the mobile
