Process Server-Dade County (Miami Beaches and Non-Beaches)-FL

About the role

We are seeking Certified Process Servers in Miami/Dade County. This independent contractor role offers flexibility and autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver legal documents and update information through our mobile apps (PVLS Mobile & PSO Mobile).
• Capture GPS photos and log attempts using our proprietary mobile technology.
• Aim for five service attempts, including various times of the day and weekends.

Requirements

• Commitment to honesty and accuracy.
• Dependable transportation, valid driver’s license, and insurance.
• Willingness to work variable hours, including early mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
• Familiarity with mobile apps (everything is done through our proprietary app).
• Access to a computer, printer, and scanner.
• Residence within or near the listed county is preferred.
• Currently listed as a Certified Process Server in the Judicial Circuit.

Qualifications

• Experience in private investigation, law enforcement, or process serving is a plus.

Skills

• Organizational skills.
• Personality traits that facilitate positive interactions with recipients.

Pay

We pay per completed job, regardless of outcome (served or not). Cases must be attempted at least every 72 hours, and completed worksheets need daily scanning.

Schedule

Flexible schedule, 4 hour shift, 8 hour shift, Day shift, Monday to Friday, Weekends as needed.
