Process Server - Clayton County (Forest Park)

About the role

ProVest LLC is seeking a Court appointed Private Process Servers to provide reliable and professional civil process service in Clayton, GA & surrounding counties.

Responsibilities

• Make diligent service attempts: Up to 5 attempts (varied times: morning, evening, weekend, etc.)
• Activate cases within 24 hours of receiving documents (via FedEx or email)
• Sign and notarize all eligible affidavits within 48 hours of service completion
• Utilize ProVest mobile applications to: Upload photo evidence of addresses, Submit detailed attempt notes, Record service or non-service outcomes

Requirements

• Judge signed court appointments
• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver’s license
• Active auto insurance
• Smartphone with ability to run mobile applications
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Commitment to professionalism, punctuality, and attention to detail
