About the role
ProVest LLC is seeking an Independent Contractor Process Server to provide reliable and professional civil process service in multiple counties.
Responsibilities
- Make diligent service attempts: Up to 5 attempts (varied times: morning, evening, weekend, etc.)
- Activate cases within 24 hours of receiving documents (via FedEx or email)
- Sign and notarize all eligible affidavits within 48 hours of service completion
- Utilize ProVest's mobile applications to:
- Upload photo evidence of addresses
- Submit detailed attempt notes
- Record service or non-service outcomes
Requirements
- Reliable transportation
- Perc Card Valid driver’s license
- Active auto insurance
- Smartphone with ability to run mobile applications
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Commitment to professionalism, punctuality, and attention to detail
