Position Overview This is a 1099 independent contractor position, with weekly compensation based on completed jobs. We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented professionals with experience and judged signed court appointments in legal document delivery. Ideal Candidates Include Experienced Process Servers Current or Former Law Enforcement Professionals Key Responsibilities Make diligent service attempts:Up to 5 attempts (varied times: morning, evening, weekend, etc.)Activate cases within 24 hours of receiving documents (via FedEx or email)Sign and notarize all eligible affidavits within 48 hours of service completionUtilize ProVest's mobile applications to:Upload photo evidence of addressesSubmit detailed attempt notesRecord service or non-service outcomes Requirements Reliable transportationValid driver’s licenseActive auto insuranceSmartphone with ability to run mobile applicationsStrong communication and documentation skillsCommitment to professionalism, punctuality, and attention to detail
