Process Server - Alabama

About the role

We are seeking Certified Process Servers in Mobile County and Baldwin County, Alabama. This independent contractor role offers flexibility and autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver legal documents and update information through our mobile apps (PVLS Mobile & PSO Mobile).
• Capture GPS photos and log attempts using our proprietary mobile technology.
• Aim for five service attempts, including various times of the day and weekends.

Requirements

• Commitment to honesty and accuracy.
• Dependable transportation, valid driver’s license, and insurance.
• Willingness to work variable hours, including early mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
• Familiarity with mobile apps (everything is done through our proprietary app).
• Access to a computer, printer, and scanner.
• Residence within or near the listed county is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in private investigation, law enforcement, or process serving is a plus.

Benefits

• Flexible schedule.
• Schedule 4 hour shift, 8 hour shift, Day shift, Monday to Friday, Weekends as needed.

Pay

• We pay per completed job, regardless of outcome (served or not).
• Cases must be attempted at least every 72 hours, and completed worksheets need daily scanning.
