We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove fraud statement? That's scam warning; should be removed. Also remove generic fluff? We need to preserve all substantive information. Let's parse the posting. First paragraph: "At OxyChem, our chemistry makes modern life possible, and it is our people who make the difference. We are a safety-first, purpose-driven team committed to innovation, environmental responsibility, and doing things the right way. If you are ready to contribute, elevate your skills, and take ownership of your career, Oxychem offers the opportunity to make a difference every day. We are committed to rewarding top performers, offering very competitive pay and benefits, and providing tremendous career development opportunities." This is about the company and role context. Could be "About the role" or maybe "About OxyChem". The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we need to map content. We have a description of the role: "This role leads Process Safety and Process Risk Management across OxyChem manufacturing sites, ensuring the protection of employees, the environment, customers, and surrounding communities. The position oversees the development and execution of OxyChem’s PSM, RMP, and Responsible Care programs and serves as a technical expert in process risk, hazard analysis, and mechanical integrity. Then "Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering. Other engineering disciplines will be considered based upon relevant experience. Do you have 10years of plant process, maintenance, or project engineering work to effectively interact with plant management, including Safety, Maintenance, Operations, and Engineering. Physical requirements – Must be able to lift 40 lbs, climb ladders and stairs. Walking, bending, stooping is required. Must be able to wear personal protective equipment including the use of a respirator. Must be able to respond to visual and audible alarms." Then "Preferred Requirements: Specialized training in National Consensus Standards and experience in fire protection, loss prevention, risk analysis, process safety systems, and critical process related equipment strongly preferred. Experience in hazard analysis (Hazop, Hazid, LOPA), consequence modeling, and risk analysis preferred." Then fraud statement etc to remove. Also earlier: "We are committed to rewarding top performers, offering very competitive pay and benefits, and providing tremendous career development opportunities." That mentions pay and benefits but not specific numbers. The instruction: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. It says "very competitive pay and benefits" but no specifics. That's vague; we should not create those sections because they are not specific. So we omit Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need sections: About the role (maybe include company overview and role purpose), Responsibilities (list of duties), Requirements (maybe qualifications?), Qualifications (education/experience), Skills (tools etc). We need to avoid duplication. Let's decide: - About the role: could include the introductory paragraph about OxyChem and the role's purpose (leading Process Safety etc). But we also have responsibilities list. We'll put company overview and role purpose in About the role. - Responsibilities: bullet list of duties (the long list). We'll extract each duty as
  • . - Requirements: maybe the "Qualifications" section includes education, experience, travel, physical requirements etc. Could split: Qualifications (education, years experience, knowledge of standards, organized etc) and Skills (tools, software). But we have both "Qualifications:" and "Preferred Requirements:" plus "Skills and familiarity with:" earlier. Let's treat: Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, other engineering disciplines considered based on relevant experience; 10 years of plant process, maintenance, or project engineering work; in-depth knowledge of OSHA, RMP, Responsible Care, other industry standards; organized, analytical, outcome-focused, comfortable managing complex projects; ability to travel up to 30%; high proficiency in Microsoft Office; excellent written/verbal communication; excellent facilitation/interpersonal; excellent report writing/presentation; physical requirements (lift 40 lbs, climb ladders/stairs, walking/bending/stooping, wear PPE including respirator, respond to visual/audible alarms). Skills: consequence modeling tools (Phast, Safer-Trace, BEAST); risk analysis tools (PHA-Pro for HAZOP/LOPA or equivalent, Fault/Event-Tree Analysis, Bow Tie Analysis); consequence modelling (fires, toxic releases, explosions); QRA/BRA; Iso-Risk Curves; mechanical integrity programs knowledge; etc. Also maybe include "Specialized training in National Consensus Standards and experience in fire protection, loss prevention, risk analysis, process safety systems, and critical process related equipment strongly preferred." and "Experience in hazard analysis (Hazop, Hazid, LOPA), consequence modeling, and risk analysis preferred." Those are preferred requirements; could go under Skills or maybe a separate "Preferred Qualifications" but we only have allowed headings. We could put them under Skills as they are skills/experience. We must not create sections with filler. So we will include About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. No Benefits/Pay/Schedule. We need to ensure we don't repeat job title. No headings for Job ID. We must output only HTML fragment. Let's craft:
