About the Role

Responsibilities
- Lead critical safety assessments, including Risk and Consequences Analyses (RCAs) and Process Hazard Analyses (PHAs)
- Guide the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of safety procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and corporate policies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster a proactive safety culture
- Provide mentorship to junior engineers
Required Skills
- 3–10 years of experience in process safety engineering
- Proven expertise leading RCAs, PHAs, and MOC processes
- Strong understanding of process safety management systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and leadership capabilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- Prior experience in a senior or lead safety engineering role
Additional Preferred Skills
- Experience in the energy or manufacturing sectors
- Additional certifications such as API, NEBOSH, or OSHA Process Safety Management (PSM)
- Knowledge of advanced safety management tools and software
Other Requirements
- Must be willing to travel as needed for site assessments and safety audits
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
