Process/Project Engineer Co-Op(Jan-July)

About the role

Reports to: SR MANAGER PMO. Location: Lititz, Pennsylvania, United States (North America). Work arrangement: Hybrid. Site address: Kenvue Brands, LLC, 400 West Lincoln Ave, Lititz, PA 17543. This is a full‑time co‑op (minimum 40 hours per week) scheduled to begin January 2027 and continue through at least June 2027, with possible extension into Summer/Fall 2027.

Responsibilities

• Support of daily activities on‑site within the facility
• Project Management Support
• Data Analysis and Root Cause Problem Solving
• Supporting the development and implementation of innovative methods to improve site processes and performance metrics
• Validation Activity Support

Requirements

• Legally authorized to work permanently in the U.S. and not require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future (e.g., H‑1B)
• Actively enrolled in an accredited university for the duration of the co‑op, pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, Packaging, Computer, Bio‑Medical, Electrical)
• Ability to commit to at least a 5‑ to 6‑month duration, minimum 40 hours per week (Monday‑Friday)
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
• Proficient in Windows software applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
• Ability to provide own transportation between home and work location daily
