We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. Must not repeat job title. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate like EEO, legal, application instructions, etc. Must preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the posting. Key info: - Company description: Roquette is a family-owned global leader... This is about the role? Could be "About the role" or maybe "About the company". But we need sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide what content goes where. The posting includes: - Intro: "Roquette is a family-owned global leader...". This is about the company, maybe "About the role"? Usually "About the role" would describe the position. Could treat as "About the role". We'll include that. - "Our current operating structure includes Operator I through Operator IV. The Process Operator will be responsible for operating assigned equipment or areas of the plant and perform operations related activities per the work process, utilize chemical manufacturing knowledge and experience to operate and troubleshoot the plant in a safe and efficient manner, work in a team environment where individuals often set priorities and complete work activities with minimal supervision." - "This is a 24-hour operation and will require the ability to work 12-hour shifts during the day and at night on a rotating basis." - "This position is located Plaquemine, Louisiana" - "Compensation The starting pay range for this position is $33.00-$41.56/hr. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance-based incentive compensation. The specific compensation offered to a candidate will be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, qualifications, experience, and location." - "Key Responsibilities" list: bullet points. - "Required Skills And Qualifications" list: many items. - "Work Environment" details: rotating shifts, on-call, physical demands. - "Position Type/Expected Hours of Work": full-time, initially four ten-hour days for approx one month, then 12-hour rotating shift (4-2-1 schedule). - Benefits: Not explicitly mentioned besides maybe performance-based incentive compensation. No explicit benefits like health insurance etc. So we should not create Benefits section unless there is real content. There's mention of performance-based incentive compensation, but that's part of Pay. Benefits maybe not present. - Pay: we have starting pay range and performance-based incentive compensation. - Schedule: we have shift details: 24-hour operation, 12-hour shifts rotating day/night, also mention of Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: initially four ten-hour days for approx one month, then 12-hour rotating shift (4-2-1 schedule). So we can include schedule details. - Requirements: maybe combine "Required Skills And Qualifications" as Requirements or Qualifications. The spec says we have sections: Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We need to decide distribution. Usually Requirements = minimum qualifications; Qualifications = preferred; Skills = specific abilities. But we can just put all under Requirements or Qualifications. However we must not create empty sections. We need to include sections only if there is real specific content. We have content for: - About the role (company description + role overview) - Responsibilities (list) - Requirements (maybe high school diploma or equivalent, degree in Process Technology, or at least 2 years operations experience; valid US driver's license; TWIC card; etc.) - Qualifications (maybe degree in Process Technology? but overlapping) - Skills (troubleshooting, technical, prioritize, time management, collaborate, train staff, interpret data, multitask, etc.) - Pay (starting pay range, performance-based incentive) - Schedule (shift details, rotating shifts, 4-2-1 schedule, initial four ten-hour days) - Benefits: none specific, so omit. We must not repeat job title. No need to include location? Could be part of About the role or maybe a separate line but not a heading. We can include location in a paragraph under About the role. We must remove boilerplate: EEO statements, "Other Duties", "If you identify yourself...", "Roquette is proud...", etc. Also remove "Participate and be successful in an interview process." repeated; we can keep once maybe under Requirements? But it's more about hiring process; could be considered part of Requirements? Might be considered boilerplate? It's not exactly boilerplate but it's about interview process; maybe we keep it under Requirements as a step. However the instruction says remove application instructions. "Participate and be successful in an interview process." is more about hiring process; could be considered application instruction. Safer to remove it. Also remove "Complete and pass a drug screen, background check, physical screen, etc." That's also part of hiring process; could be considered boilerplate? Might be considered requirement? It's a condition of employment. Might be kept under Requirements as a condition. But it's somewhat generic. I'd keep it as part of Requirements. We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we must keep details like "Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 55 lbs." etc. We need to format lists with
  • . For prose use

. We must not output markdown code fences. We need to output only HTML fragment. Let's craft sections:

    About the role

Roquette is a family-owned global leader in plant-based ingredients and a leading provider of pharmaceutical excipients. Using plant-based resources, we collaborate with customers and partners to imagine and offer ingredients to better feed people and treat patients. Each of our ingredients responds to unique and essential needs, and they enable healthier lifestyles. We are looking to hire our next Process Operator at the Plaquemine Methocel Plant. Our current operating structure includes Operator I through Operator IV. The Process Operator will be responsible for operating assigned equipment or areas of the plant and perform operations related activities per the work process, utilize chemical manufacturing knowledge and experience to operate and troubleshoot the plant in a safe and efficient manner, work in a team environment where individuals often set priorities and complete work activities with minimal supervision. This is a 24‑hour operation and will require the ability to work 12‑hour shifts during the day and at night on a rotating basis. This position is located in Plaquemine, Louisiana.

That covers location and shift info partially; but schedule details also in Schedule section.

    Responsibilities

    • Monitor and control processes: Oversee the operation of machinery and equipment by monitoring various parameters such as temperature, pressure, and flow rates both in the field and on the DCS, to ensure optimal performance.
    • Troubleshooting and maintenance: Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on machinery to prevent operational delays and identify process abnormalities, equipment malfunctions, and system alarms.
    • Safety and compliance: Adhere to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies, including emergency response actions, to minimize risk to personnel, environment, and equipment.
    • Reporting and documentation: Maintain detailed logs of operations, documenting production metrics, and any deviations from standard processes. This data is crucial for quality control and operational improvements.
    • Process optimization: Adjust control settings to optimize production efficiency, minimize downtime, and ensure compliance with operational standards.
    • Quality control: Monitor key variables to ensure product quality and process efficiency, adjusting as needed.
    • Startup and shutdown: Execute plant startup, shutdown, and isolation procedures safely, following standard operating procedures and emergency protocols.

    Requirements

    • High school diploma or equivalent, degree in Process Technology, or at least 2 years of operations experience.
    • Valid US driver’s license.
    • Current TWIC card.
    • Ability to prioritize daily activities and exercise time management.
    • Ability to collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve process‑related issues.
    • Ability to train new staff in standard operating procedures and equipment use.
    • Ability to interpret complex process data, identify anomalies, and implement corrective measures.
    • Ability to multitask and monitor multiple process parameters simultaneously to prevent errors and ensure safety.
    • Ability to effectively collaborate with team members, maintenance teams, technical staff, and supervision to ensure smooth operations.
    • Basic proficiency in computers to perform job tasks.
    • High regard for personal safety and the safety of others.
    • Willingness to complete and pass a drug screen, background check, physical screen, etc.
But some of these are more skills; we might split. We have also "Skills" section: maybe include technical skills like troubleshooting, technical, etc. Let's define: Requirements: minimum qualifications (education, experience, licenses, etc.) Qualifications: maybe degree in Process Technology? but overlapping. Skills: abilities like troubleshooting, technical, prioritize, time management, collaborate, train staff, interpret data, multitask, etc. But we need to avoid duplication. Let's think: From "Required Skills And Qualifications" list includes many items: High School diploma or equivalent, degree in Process Technology, or at least 2 years of operations experience. Participate and be successful in an interview process. Strong troubleshooting and technical. Must be able to prioritize daily activities and exercise time management. Collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve process-related issues. Additionally, you may be responsible for training new staff in standard operating procedures and equipment use. Ability to interpret complex process data, identify anomalies, and implement corrective measures. Ability to multitask and monitor multiple process parameters simultaneously to prevent errors and ensure safety. Ability to effectively collaborate with team members, maintenance teams, technical staff, and supervision to ensure smooth operations. Currently hold a valid US driver’s license. Current TWIC card. Have a high regard for personal safety and the safety of others. Basic proficiency in computers to perform job tasks. Participate and be successful in an interview process. Complete and pass a drug screen, background check, physical screen, etc. We can separate: - Requirements: education/experience, licenses, safety regard, computer proficiency, drug screen etc. - Skills: troubleshooting, technical, prioritize/time management, collaboration, training, data interpretation, multitasking, etc. - Qualifications: maybe degree in Process Technology? but that's also in requirements. Could treat "degree in Process Technology" as qualification; but we can also put under Requirements. Given the instruction to prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones, we could combine Requirements and Qualifications into one section called "Requirements". But we have separate headings allowed; we need to decide. We have to include sections only when posting has real specific content for it. The posting does have content for both Requirements and Qualifications (though overlapping). We could make a "Requirements" section for education/experience/licenses, and a "Skills" section for abilities. The "Qualifications" could be omitted if we don't have distinct content beyond what's already covered. But the posting uses "Required Skills And Qualifications" heading; we could treat that as combined. But we need to follow the instruction: use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we have to decide which to include. We could include Requirements, Qualifications, Skills each with content. But we must avoid thin sections. Let's see if we can allocate distinct content: - Requirements: education/experience, licenses, safety regard, computer proficiency, drug screen etc. - Qualifications: maybe "degree in Process Technology" (or equivalent) as a qualification; but that's also in requirements. Could treat "degree in Process Technology" as qualification, while high school diploma or equivalent and 2 years experience as requirements. But that's splitting hairs. - Skills: troubleshooting, technical, prioritize, time management, collaborate, train staff, interpret data, multitask, etc
