Process Operator
Responsibilities
- Aid in operations, maintenance, and overall facility activities.
- Support the anaerobic digestion process by monitoring equipment, gauges, and charts.
- Operate and maintain electrical generation and waste treatment processes.
- Record and analyze statistical data related to plant operations.
- Resolve failures and malfunctions by identifying root causes and performing repairs.
- Maintain and modify instrumentation and control equipment.
- Collect samples for testing and perform lab analyses for process control.
- Monitor plant performance to ensure compliance with standards.
- Inspect and maintain electrical systems, circuits, and equipment.
- Keep the plant environment clean and organized.
- Perform other duties and project work as assigned.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; technical college degree or vocational training preferred.
Basic knowledge of the anaerobic digestion process; willingness to learn and follow operating procedures.
Previous experience in anaerobic processes is desirable.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; active listening abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Valid driver's license required.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalency.
Technical college degree or vocational training desired.
Knowledge of wastewater operations is advantageous.
Basic understanding of the anaerobic digestion process.
Willingness to learn and follow operating procedures.
Previous experience in anaerobic processes is preferred.

Pay
Initial hourly rate of pay ranges from $25.00 - $34.00 depending on experience.
Schedule
This position offers a regular Monday to Friday workweek with an 8-hour day shift.
Extended working hours and varied shifts may be required, including weekends and holidays.
"On call" status may be periodically required.
